Cylinder options

Additional options to meet various requirements:

1/ Create offset cylinder supply points (accessibility issue)

– Supply via unit + tube 

– Supply via drilled rod 

2/ Improve resistance to corrosion or impacts

– Rod: Chrome/Nickel chrome/Stainless steel chrome/Double-layer chrome/42CD4 /Induction-hardened.

– Body: sandblasted/shot-blasted/metallized/epoxy primer paint/special paint on request.

– STAINLESS STEEL fixings.

– Bellows on rod.

3/ Improve cylinder functioning

– Fixed or adjustable speed damper: slows down the rod at end of movement (retraction and/or extension).

– Inductive sensor: picks up an electrical signal when the rod has completed its movement (retraction and/or extension).

– Magnetostrictive sensor: constantly monitors the rod’s position (variable electrical signal).

– Adjustable damper

– Inductive sensor – Magnetostrictive sensor
